Could you please plan your poster printing needs to align with the new hours of operation?

We will only accept last-minute poster orders if scheduling permits.

Overview of Services

In 2003, we began offering a non-profit poster printing service for affiliates of Vanderbilt's biomedical sciences graduate programs. Our low cost, fast turnaround time, and convenient location quickly made us a popular choice for printing services. We now find that it is not unusual for us to print dozens of posters on the days leading up to large scientific meetings. Posters need to be submitted for printing at least two business days in advance to avoid disappointment. We strongly suggest allowing additional time before large conferences. Our printing service has consistently received top ratings due to its low cost and convenient location. To continue printing posters promptly, we need to implement this policy. As always, posters are printed on a first-come, first-served basis. You can submit a poster in the finalized form according to the Technical Specifications.

• We support both the PC and Mac platforms.
• A variety of solid white rigid mounting surfaces to choose from, in sizes (18 x 24 and 36 x 24)
• Poster tubes (size 36 and 42 inches)
• We print 8.5 x 11 and 11 x 17 handouts of your poster in color, black, or white.
• Poster Printing Materials
• Canon Glossy Photo size paper 24, 36, and 42 inches
• Canon Satin Photo size paper 36 and 42 inches
• Water Resistant Fabric size paper 36 and 42

IMPORTANT NOTE: We may print many posters for several large meetings and retreats. Posters will be ready two business days after submission at the latest. However, we will strive to have them printed sooner and notify you as soon as they are available. We strongly suggest you do not leave it to the last minute! Would you please allow additional time before large conferences? "Rush" orders are processed before standard rules are applied to the received order.

Note:   Pickup time is 8:00 to 4:00 unless the poster is sent after 5:00. If submitted after 5:00, it will be available the next day.
